- What are your boardshorts made of?
Our boardshorts are made from super soft, light weight & quick drying 100% polyester microfiber including the mesh lining.
- Where is your sizing chart?
Sizing charts that includes length, width and inseam measurements are found on each product page.
- Do you ship worldwide? Do you provide free shipping worldwide?
Yes, we do ship to most parts of the world. We currently offer free shipping worldwide!
- How long will it take for my order to arrive? Where do you ship from?
Shipping within US - 2-5 business days
Shipping to Canada - 5-14 business days
Shipping to UK - 5-14 business days
Shipping to the rest of the world- Depending on the destination country, may take between 7-21 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and actual delivery times may differ. We ship via DHL, UPS, and USPS.
- My country is not in the list, can I still order your product?
If your country is not in the list, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that our customer support team can assist you.
- Where is my order?
Please contact our customer support team at email@example.com if your parcel has not arrived after the above mentioned estimated shipping time.
- How do I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. However, if you’re facing difficulty tracking your parcel or if you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 3 business days, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Can I amend my order?
We work very quickly to process all our orders. Please notify our customer support team of any changes to the order as soon as possible preferably within 24 hours via email at email@example.com.
However, sometimes we may have processed and shipped out your order within 24 hours and if that’s the case, we are unable to allow any changes. Please check our size chart carefully (sizes run small) before you place an order.
- What if I have provided an incorrect shipping address or personal details?
Please contact us as soon as possible via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us and provide us with you updated personal details or accurate shipping information. If your parcel has been shipped out, we are unable to amend the shipping details.
In the event a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete shipping details, reshipping fees will be applicable.
- What are my payment options?
We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX credit cards and debit cards.
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from you?
No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. Simply select 'checkout as guest' once you have selected Paypal as your preferred payment method at the checkout.
- What if I have received a damaged item?
We are terribly sorry if this happened, please allow us to resolve this matter as soon as possible by contacting us on email@example.com within 7 days from the product was received.

14. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours from the time the order has been placed. We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled upon request as our Fulfillment Team works very quickly in processing all our orders. We aim to fulfill all orders within the NEXT BUSINESS DAY from the time you have placed an order with us. If your order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to cancel the order but you may return the item to us as per our Return & Exchange policy.
For all successful order cancellations prior to dispatch, you will be subjected to a USD$5.00 administration/cancellation fee. If your request for order cancellation has been approved, we will send you an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please note, the amount refunded will be less the USD$5.00 administration/cancellation fee.
15. Can I use more than one promotional/discount code on my order?
The promotional/discount code only applies once per order.
16. How do I care for my Eubi boardshorts?
To best take care of your shorts please rinse immediately after use. Use cold gentle machine wash and wash with like colors only. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Hang dry or air dry your shorts, preferably. Cool iron inside out if necessary.
17. Will I be charged customs and duties?
While we take active steps and measures to ensure that your parcel is free from customs and duties upon dispatch and have covered all available customs and duties, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will be free from customs and duties as Eubi has no control over these charges as it varies from country to country. Charges must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
We do advise getting in touch with your local customs bureau to inquire on current charges so as to not receive an unexpected surprise when the parcel arrives!
