We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or trying it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges within 45 days from your original purchase date. Do remember to mail back your returns within the timeframe and it fulfils the following conditions as below:

● Returned items must have tags intact and be returned in its original packaging.

● Returned items must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.

● Clearance items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

● Towels are not eligible for exchanges/returns for hygiene purposes.

Orders within USA

We offer (1) free exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 45 days of the original purchase date.* Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.

1. Fill out your order number and Zip Code.

2. For refunds, select your preferred options when prompted. For exchanges, select the item(s) you’d like to exchange and specify the reason(s). If your desired item(s) isn’t listed in our options, click the ‘Shop Now’ button and navigate to your specific item(s) from there. 

3. Once complete, click 'Continue with Return'.

4. A label will be sent to your email. Print the label and attach it to your item parcel, then post the item(s) you wish to exchange/return within 10 days.

5. Once your item(s) is inspected by our warehouse, you will be refunded (via original payment method or store credit) within 2 business days. For exchanges, a new order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.

Refund Handling Fee - $9.99

There will be a $9.99 handling fee for refunds to the original form of payment. Alternatively, you can choose to return an item for store credit and the handling fee will be waived. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

Eubi reserves the right to reject a refund or exchange requests for returned item(s) that do not comply with above terms. Please note we can only grant exchanges once.

What does ‘Shop Now' entail in the Returns Portal?

'Shop Now' will give you an instant store credit to make a new purchase on EUBI in return for the products that you are returning from your original order. You may click on this feature if there is an item you’d like to return and exchange for.

I’m unable to use the Returns Portal to send in a request for an exchange/return. What should I do?

Unfortunately our Returns Portal can only be utilised by our US customers at the moment. We hope to offer a seamless return experience to our customers from all parts of the world too, however the cost to facilitate the returns is too much for a small, growing business. Give us a bit more time to work on this for a seamless global experience.

I submitted a return but didn’t use the return label sent to my email. What should I do if I were to send back the returns using a different label?

If you have mailed back your items using a different label from the one we provided, do reach out to us at
hello@eubiofficial.com and let us know! You will still receive your exchange, store credit or refund albeit the process being longer. However, worry not as we will definitely get to it ASAP!

What happens if I received something faulty?

If you have received a defective item, do reach out to our team at hello@eubiofficial.com. Please provide images of the fault and our team will definitely make it right by sending you a replacement order thereafter.

What happens if I want to make a return from multiple orders that are within the 45 days return period?

Our Online Portal only allows you to submit a return for an order at a time. If you’d like to return multiple orders, do reach out to our team at

How can I tell which items are not eligible for an exchange or return?

● A Returns Survey form will be sent to you, for you to fill.

● After processing the last details for your exchange/returns, we will reply with the location of our warehouse. You may mail your item(s) to this address.

● Update us on the tracking numbers for your parcel, so we can keep a lookout.

● Once your item(s) is inspected by our warehouse, you will be refunded (via original payment method or store credit) within 2 business days. For exchanges, a new order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
