Shipping Options:

If you’ve opted for INSURED SHIPPING, we’ll be covering:

• Parcels that has incurred a custom fee upon delivery.
• Parcels lost in transit (marked as undelivered via tracking).

*For Insured Shipping, should your parcel incur any custom fee charges upon delivery, please clear the custom fees and send us a copy of the receipt at hello@eubiofficial.com to get reimbursed. Note that we can only do so with proof of payment (official receipt).

*Please note that Insured Shipping is only available for customers residing in selected countries. You will see the final list of shipping methods available after you enter you address at checkout.

Parcel Returned to Sender (RTS):

In cases where parcels do get sent back to us due to the wrong delivery address or you weren't able to receive the parcel, there will be a reshipping fee of $10.00 USD. If you choose to opt for a refund instead, there will be a restocking fee of $10.00 USD.
